Support creation of AI‑generated content and video assets (scripts, storyboards, edited video drafts, motion graphics prompts) for marketing, corporate and internal communications.

Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, templates and style guides aligned to Zurich’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Collaborate with designers and copywriters to identify use cases and test various solutions.

Run small experiments and evaluate model outputs for quality, bias and safety; document findings and recommend improvements.

Help create training materials and run demos/workshops to upskill colleagues in AI tools and best practices.

Keep up to date with generative AI trends, tools and ethical guidelines; suggest responsible use‑cases for the business.

What you’ll bring

Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Design, Multimedia, Human‑Computer Interaction, Media Production, or a related field.
Practical experience (personal projects, coursework, internships) with generative AI tools for text, image and/or video. Familiarity with prompt engineering and model behaviour (capabilities/limitations).
Basic video production skills: storyboarding, editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut), or motion graphics (After Effects) — or a strong willingness to learn.
Strong visual sense and understanding of brand, layout and storytelling.
Comfortable working with creati
