Whilst a deep technical understanding of the platform is required this is not a lead developer role. The candidate should expect to spend the majority of their time in meetings with project teams and business stakeholders, creating design documentation to meet the business objectives and supporting projects through the mandatory governance processes. There will be little hands-on development work outside of the occasional proof-of-concept or analysis work.

Required:

5+ years of ServiceNow experience as an architect with deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
Proven track record leading complex solution designs, including out-of-the-box and custom applications with complex integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to clearly explain complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideRecord)
Experience with API integrations and integration technologies
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Solid understanding of IT and software delivery best practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, IT change and release processes, data security and privacy, and testing best practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

Certification in non-ServiceNow enterprise platforms (Azure, AWS, M365, etc.)
ServiceNow Developer experience (beneficial but not required; this is not a developer role)
Certified Master Architect (CMA) / Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Implementation Specialist Certification or Equivalent for two or more products (ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOPS, ITOM, ITAM, SPM)

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
