MD or equivalent; eligible for certification with CCFP or RCPSC and licensure with Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons; RCPSC Addiction Medicine or CCFP-Addiction preferred; experience in addiction/mental health; virtual addiction care preferred; Canadian citizenship or permanent residency prioritized.
