First Steps Recovery is a certified and licensed residential detox program on a luxurious, 5 acre ranch in the beautiful foothills at the gate of Yosemite. To ensure the future success of our clients recovery we advocate for clients and specialize in coordinating aftercare by partnering with local programs, medical professionals, and therapist for follow-up outpatient treatment in the greater Fresno and Central Valley area. Our short term treatment of 7-14 days, helps overcome the obstacle of clients avoiding treatment due to time constraints, and designed to get the client back on their feet and prepared to engage more acutely in aftercare substance abuse treatment with local programs and professionals. We also accept most PPO insurance as well as private pay. Providing upfront verification of benefits we handle all billing in a clear, ethical manner attempting to not burden the resident with any financial obligation. We partner with local medical professionals, therapist, and outpatient recovery programs.
